Take a guided, meditative walk around the Japanese Hill-and-Pond Garden and other watery Garden sites. With care and peace in mind, students will practice conscious breathing. Meditations will reflect on the sacredness of water, awakening the senses to the beauty of the environment while revealing our oneness with nature.
