Explore the natural element of fire while connecting with nature, yourself, and your community during this special wellness morning. Experience the Garden prior to public hours with a 45-minute high-intensity yoga class to build heat, followed by a 15-minute meditation inspired by the heat of fire, both led by Sarah Schumann. Your morning will end with a BBG Horticulture staff–led talk in the Conservatory’s Warm Temperate Pavilion, and you’ll leave with a freshly potted, heat-related plant to take home.
