Explore the natural element of earth while connecting with nature, yourself, and your community during this special wellness morning. Experience the Garden prior to public hours with a 45-minute hatha yoga class for grounding, followed by a 15-minute “earthing” meditation, both led by Sarah Schumann. Your morning will end with a BBG Horticulture staff–led talk on soil health and maintenance, and you’ll leave with a freshly potted, earth-related plant to take home.
