In this class we will look at qualities of mindfulness, including present-time awareness and mindfulness of the breath, body, senses, and thoughts. A short meditation practice combined with reflection will support us in finding clarity, alertness, stability and ease. This makes way for feelings of gratitude, happiness, and equanimity.
