Nourishing broths are one of the foundational foods of any nutritional healing regime. Learn the basics of making vegan and bone-based broths, and how to enhance them with medicinal herbs. The vegan alternative will rival any chicken soup! We’ll discuss medicinal mushrooms, seaweeds, mineral-rich herbs, and other tasty ingredients to enhance the nutritional experience. We will meet outdoors in the Garden, weather-permitting, or indoors in a classroom in the event of inclement weather.
