To usher in the arrival of magnolia season, we’ll delve into BBG’s history with librarian and archivist Kathy Crosby as she shares stories behind our world-renowned collection of magnolias, and the scientists they are named for. Plus, roll up your sleeves and join us for an instructor-led lesson in botanical drawing for all experience levels, inspired by the Conservatory Gallery’s art exhibition, Seasonal Work: Art from Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s Florilegium Society. Light refreshments will be served. This invitation is for two and is nontransferable. Please RSVP by March 4; space is limited. Enter the email address for your President’s Circle membership to register. This is a special event for President’s Circle members and additional generous supporters of BBG.
