Drawing Natural Objects, from Pine Cones to Trees—ONLINE

All levels are welcome in this drawing class! Students will learn to apply techniques ranging from line weight to blind contour to gray scale. We will use the complex geometric form of pine cones and other found natural objects to learn proportion, contour, and shading for three-dimensionality. Your instructor will teach technique and offer extensive demonstrations throughout the class. She will provide some sample reference images, but students are encouraged to look for their own reference inspiration as well (still lifes or photos).
