Eleanor Wunderlich

Eleanor Wunderlich (1925–2008) graduated from the Parsons School of Design and studied watercolor at the Art Students League. She held a certificate in botanical illustration from the New York Botanical Garden, where she was an instructor. Her work has illustrated many articles and books, and she is author of Botanical Illustration in Watercolor. She exhibited widely in the U.S. and is represented in numerous public and private collections, including the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation, in Pittsburgh; the Shirley Sherwood Collection, in London; and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden Florilegium.
