Lightscape - One World

One World

Created by Christopher Wren
Cherry Esplanade West

Under the allée of Liberty Oaks that was planted in remembrance of the events of 9/11, One World evokes illuminated trails of light that coil beneath living trees, creating a synthesis of the seen and the remembered. Its Chicago-based creator, Christopher Wren, designs light experiences for dance, theater, concerts, and corporate productions in addition to his work with interactive light art installations.
