Visions of Nature—Classes at the Garden features works of art completed by students and teachers at Brooklyn Botanic Garden. All works in this show were created in or inspired by one of the many courses offered at the Garden in 2004. In each of our diverse classes, students are encouraged to look at the natural world with a fresh eye. Using a variety of media, from pen and ink to water color to Chinese brush painting to the simple pencil, each course offers an artistic perspective on our relationships with nature.
