Tomatoes OnLine
Web sites appear and disappear at lightning speed, but many Extension Service offices and state universities provide up-to-date information about growing tomatoes and other crops.
Another approach is to use a search engine, such as AltaVista. Be sure to narrow your request as much as possible: entering "tomato" alone will generate tens of thousands of listings. Computer-literate gardeners may also wish to participate in a Usenet newsgroup, such as rec.gardens, or sign up with one of several Listserv groups that specialize in gardening.
