Hatha Yoga
Myrena Sintjago-Sherrod
Hatha yoga is the practice of physical postures and movements to increase physical strength and flexibility and restore balance between body, mind, and spirit. The practice has developed over thousands of years, and many of the postures mimic plants, trees, flowers, animals, and insects. In the beautiful natural setting of BBG, we will work through yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation. Please bring a towel or yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. No previous experience necessary. Classes held rain (indoors) or shine (outdoors).
